1. Rules for Requesting Eligibility Check
a. Players need to log in to their account, choose their current character and the desired server, and tap the Inquire button to check eligibility for server transfer. The system will mark players as ineligible if they do not satisfy the following conditions:
- Players' base level must be ≥60, and their base level cannot exceed the world level of the server by more than 5 levels.
- Both the current server and the target server must have been launched for ≥ 200 days.
- The target server must have at least one available character slot.
- No items are listed or deposited in the Exchange Center.
- Shops are not currently active.
- The character being transferred must not have any ongoing request about the couple's relationship (if any exist, they must be completed or abandoned).
- The player must not be under any penalties such as bans, mutes, or account suspensions.
- Server transfer is not allowed if the current character is a guild leader; please resign and leave the guild first.
- Server Transfer Process: The account must stay offline during the eligibility check period.
2. Transfer Quota
a. Transfer eligibilities will be limited based on actual conditions, with each successful payment for a transfer consuming one quota.
b. If the transfer eligibilities are exhausted during a specific time period, transfer requests cannot be made until the quota is refreshed. Please pay attention to the refresh time.
3. Server Data Transfer
a. After a server transfer, certain data related to specific features cannot be carried over. Players must carefully review the table below to confirm the details.

- Once the server transfer is completed, the character data on the old server will be completely erased, and certain data will not be carried over to the character on the new server. Please make sure to carefully review the above information before proceeding with the server transfer. The system will exclude anything unmentioned above from the data transfer.
4. Server Transfer Payment
a. Players can acquire Server Transfer Cards via in-game events or auctions. Once the account is verified, they can pay the required number of cards to initiate the server transfer process.
b. For detailed methods of acquiring Server Transfer Cards, refer to in-game announcements or contact customer service.
5. Transfer Waiting Period
a. Once the payment is made, the server transfer process starts, and the system will initiate a 48-hour waiting period countdown, during which the character to be transferred will be suspended.
b. During this waiting period, players can choose to withdraw their transfer request and cancel the transfer process. No action is required if withdrawal is not needed, and the transfer will automatically start after the countdown.
c. During the transfer period, avoid creating/deleting characters or changing account bindings on the target server, as this could result in transfer failure.
d. If players withdraw the transfer request on their own or if the transfer process is terminated due to personal reasons, the Server Transfer Cards or fees will not be refunded.
6. Transfer in Progress
a. After the waiting period, the transfer will proceed automatically and is expected to take 2 to 4 hours. Check the displayed progress on the page for details. Once the transfer is complete, players can view the status of their new character in-game.
b. If the transfer fails due to force majeure or if there is data loss, please promptly contact customer service to get in touch with us.
c. During the transfer process, special circumstances, such as server maintenance, may cause the transfer to fail. If you encounter such issues, please contact customer service immediately.
7. The server transfer rules may be amended or revised as necessary. The final right of interpretation belongs to the official team of Ragnarok X: Next Generation.
